    List question

i have 2 different forms on one spreadsheet. One has a list of store names with a calculated invoice total and a check box to mark weather or not the bill is charged. the other i want to be a list of the store name and invoice totals of the charged stores only. I cant figure out a good way to move the name and total to the second list any help would be great.

    Re: List question

Post a sample workbook so someone can take a look. Be sure to manually show the desired results. Advanced Filter with criteria sounds like it might be an option.

    Re: List question

That worked great thanks one last quick question though. Is there a way to make the formula=IF(J$24="","",VLOOKUP($J24,$C$6:$H$35,6,0)) return a blank cell instead of an (n/a)??
