Logic Test??

I知 assuming I need to use some sort of logic test for this but I知 not sure how to formulate it. Basically I want to type one of the period numbers (eg 4) into cell G2, and then cell G4 will show the value of A for period 4, so in this case 684. Obviously I want cell G5 to show the value of B for period for period 4 too, but that will be easy once I know the correct formula for A. The idea being so I just have to type in my required period number and it will tell me what the value of A and B for that particular period. I知 hoping this is fairly straight forward, but I just can稚 work out the formula, thanks in advance for any help.
