I have the new USPS rates in an excel sheet. I need to add my handling fee to all of the new rates. Is there a way to quickly add this same .70 to all cells? I don't use Excel very much so if you respond, please make it as simple as possible.

Enter 0.70 in any empty cell and copy it,
Then select all cells to affect and go to Edit|Paste Special and select ADD... then click Ok
Where there is a will there are many ways.
