How to make multiple links within a paragraph work

Is this possible?

I know how to make just a link in a cell work by just entering the link and pressing enter. But i now have a paragraph in a cell that has multiple links within the text. How can i make the links work?

For example,

I have in a single cell....

"If you need to do a search on google, www.google.com and the other option would be yahoo, www.yahoo.com"

Please help. Thanks!
