Exclamation calculation dependant on if a date falls within a range

    Hello,

Im trying to figure out how to build out a formula that will populate a sheet with total revenue based on if the current year falls within a range. (I've attached the excel file so that people can see what Im attempting, haha)

I've managed to calculate the number of days billable each year (located in the ['Operational Days'] tab), however their are multiple daily rates that can change mid-year.

Basically the idea is that the formula will check the current date (year end, annually [the 'Projections'] tab, cells C3 to J3) and then check to see if it is during any period of time for any of the rates found in the ['Data'] tab, under each rate 1(column H), rate 2(column K), rate 3(column N), or rate 4(column Q)).
If the current year is billable, and falls within these ranges, it would calculate the total amount (Respective rate * # of operational days) and then output that in the [Projections] tab.
The respective rates can be found in the ['Data'] tab under: rate 1(column F), rate 2(column I), rate 3(column L), or rate 4(column O)).

I've been trying to figure this out for a few days but I just cant seem to figure it out!

    Thanks everyone for your help!!
