Angry excel 2007 right data wrong cells

We have a spreadsheet that is used by many users.
The problem is that when one user enters data in a series of cell then saves the workbook the data goes to a diffrent series of cells.
Why? and how do i fix it?

    Are there any macros...

Try right clicking the tab and select View Code... does any code show up in the VB Editor?
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Is that based on checking the View Code for the tab only?

There may be other place for macro, in VB Editor (Alt+F11), right-click This Workbook in the Project Explore and select View Code... anything?

If no macros at all... for sure... then perhaps show sample?
