Cross String Lookup

Hi there,

Please help.

On the spreadsheet attached I have sheet 1 and sheet 2. In C3-H10 of sheet 1, I want a formula that will go to sheet 2.. look for the players names in Row 2 (C-H) and see if they are play any of the sports in colum A. If they do, I want a "Plays" returned as value, if they don't, I want the cell to be blank. Please let me know if I am not clear.
