pivot table filter shows names that aren't in the data set...

For some reason the pivot table I've built, after refreshing, continues to show names of salespersons in the drop filter box for salespersons that are no longer in the data. They used to be, but are no longer - yet their name still shows up in the filter box...

No amount of refreshing the data itself or the pivot table seems to make those 'ghosts' want to go away - any ideas? Thanks!!
