[Challenge] Setting Conditional Time and making calculation

    Guys,

i have a situation here where i m confused what to do .

i have 3 columns (Late login will be calculate at 00:05:01) before it ,all will be counted as not late

    1) shift timing
    2) login time
    3) late login by

    1) shift timing --> i dont want to change it i want to appear it the same.

    Condition 1

    2) login time --> whenever any time is entered in shift timing , the cell in "late login by" will compare the value from shift timing cell and then it will calculate according to the shift if the person has login on any shift and if he logins at 00:05:01 it will counted as late .
in other words late login by cell is working automatically updating according to shift timing

    Condition 2

whatever the shift is entered example 12:00:00 PM and person login at 10:00:00 am then do not count late

    Condition 3:

I dont want to use any addition column . only one column is allowed on which all calculcation is based. for all dates.

    Best of Luck !!!

I tried the other way round and it works.but on these condition i want the calculation.

Please note calculation is based on only above mention condition

i tried every possible thing to do this but since i dont have to make changes in shift timing and i only have to insert one colum on which all calculation is based i m trapped !

i looks very easy but playing with time on these condition is bit tricky.

Your post does not comply with Rule 8 of our Forum RULES. Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. You'll find people are disinclined to respond to cross-posts because they may be wasting their time solving a problem that has been solved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser)to the cross-post. Expect cross-posts without a link to be closed a message will be posted by the moderator explaining why. We are here to help so help us help you!

You have been warned of this on numerous occasions but continue to ignore - your account will be closed.
