Help w/ color, T/F, and mathematical formulas

Ok first off I have the file that I want a formula too linked right here http://www.filefactory.com/file/a20h...utosaved_.xlsxI color coded it so it would be easy to understand what I want. Everything in orange needs to be compared to everything in black (to see if there the same) and put in Column E as true or false. If possible I would like true to be in green and false to be in red. Then the green numbers need to be compared to the red numbers to see if the value went up or down ; I would like that solution to be put in column K. With the number being a positive or negative from the control group (which would be green). Then I need the purple numbers to be compared to the blue numbers and showing if the value went up or down. I would like this value to be put in column L (it also being color coded green if up or red if down). Thanks. If you could just tell me the formulas I need to do to each color that would be awesome. But if not that’s also cool.

Basically I want the orange words, purple, and green numbers to be my control and my black letters, red, and blue numbers to be something I can copy and paste in to see if they have changed or not. Now I do have one problem that I don’t know if excel can do or not. The order the black words and red and blue numbers might move up or down or just not be in there (because this is for a game and if the value is 0 it won’t even state the word or number). So is there a way I can have excel look for the word and the number directly one cell over is what it would compare it too? I don’t know if that’s possible or even makes any sense. So if not what I stated in the first paragraph is fine with me! Thanks for your help.

Just stating the formulas I need for each thing I want would be awesome. And does excel have a repeat command shortcut (hotkey)?

I guess I could of stated this a lot easier. If you download this text file http://www.filefactory.com/file/a20h...Ship_Stats.txt I need the first bold outlined numbers to be my control. And then I need that first set of words and numbers compared to the other sets of words and numbers and shown with a positive or negative number (color coded also). The numbers are the most important thing though, If someone could help me, that would be the part to help me with.

By numbers that need comparing I mean the ones that start off like this (this looks a lot better on the attached file all the lines are parrell and lined up):
