    Conditional formating challenge

I am tyring to figure out a conditional formula that will pick up a percentage range.

I need to be able to "highlight" cell B3 when the difference between B3 and C3 is a value less than zero but not less than 20% of C3.

    thank you in advance

    Hi

I wasn't sure how you are defining difference. Is that B3-C3 or C3-B3?

I've assumed the former. Make the conditional format using the formula is option:

and again I wasn't quite sure when you said 'but not less than 20%' whether this should be a true or false condition. If necessary change the "<0.2" to ">0.2".
