    Organize data based on criteria and date

    I've attached a copy of my workbook more or less I need a input sheet or form to input the data, and then I have seperate sheet to organize the data by date and catergory V = Voucher c = Credit card.

    here's a start for seperating v&c
    i wouldnt bother with a month summary look up just filter say v on month then copy paste into monthly sheet.
