Can you help on a graph ?

I have a sheet composed by the following columns :

This corresponds to incidents that are logged in a table for an application. anyway, this is just to give you the context.

Now I would like to setup a graph which have as X axis the days of february, and as Y, a value 1 when for each date+time in my columns, and a 0 when no date+time is in my columns.

Can you help on this ?

You can write in next column =SIGN(A1) and then select A and B column -> Scatter graph
