Hi
In Excel 2007, when you click on the review tab, when you look under the "comments" group, you will be able to see "show ink". Could anyone explain what it is? and Why we need it?
Thanks,
Hari

Ink annotations are a functionality that is only available on tablet PCs, with a specific version of Windows for Tablets. It enables the user to write notes with a stylus (stylist, ey, shg!) straight onto the screen, where the system will grab it and save it with the file as a kind of hand-written note.
On a regular desktop or laptop, the feature is meaningless, unless you receive a file that has been ink annotated on a Tablet PC.
