Matching between two lists

Hi Guys

I need some help with matching between two lists.

I need to match column B with column E and if there is a match pull through the team leaders name in column C. If there is no match it should just be a zero.

Hope i 'm making sense..

Try:

=IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH(B2,E:E,0)),VLOOKUP(B2,E:F,2,0),0)
