Creating a chart with multiple data sets

I have two data sets (in different columns) I want on my y-axis- all dates (one early start, one late start) and a dollar value which is the same for both early and late starts that will go on the x-axis. First, I can't figure out how to specify which data set goes on which axis, and then I can't figure out how to get multiple data sets on the same line chart. This is for Excel 2007
