Hi,
Could someone please tell me how to achieve the following. It is incredible simple I know, I just cant seem to make anything work. Within a worksheet every row (cells A2-L2) , I would like to highlighted yellow should any of the cells within this range be completely empty.

Hi Neil,
Select the complete range, then enter conditional formatting rule with "Formula Is" and the formula
=ISBLANK(A2)
Note that there are no $ signs in the cell reference. Also note that a formula that returns a blank will not be evaluated as a true blank.
