Transpose Column to Rows

Hi

I have Sales Data in column A and Column B

Now, I want to Transpose Column B Based on Column A

See the Attached with Expected Result

How many items will there be for each Data1, Data2, etc. Will the second column be text or numbers?

The data sample is not very representative of sales data, which would normally involve something like product name, sales person, date of sale, amount of sale etc, but not just two columns with text values.

Can your revisit your data sample and come up with something that represents the situation more accurately?

In This Example Data, Data1 or Data2 is SalesPerson, And Column B is Location ( Text)

SomeTime The SalesPerson have only 1 Location someTime they Have 15 Location

hardeep, maybe you need to take a step back and explain what you want to achieve in the first place. This looks like a piece of a puzzle that's a bit bigger than you let on.

Are you sure you do not have any numeric data that will go with the text you listed?
