I hope someone can help me.
I have a pivot table and thought I had it all sorted but whenever I add more details on the data sheet it doesn't refresh for some reason.
Can someone tell me why that is please?

Have you defined your database as a dynamic range ...?
Debra has a clear explanation of how to do it ...
