My name is Ricardo, I am writing from Portugal, I have resgistred here on porpose to see if someone can help me.
I do not know if the excell is the program to do what I want (maybe acess?), but let me try to explain, what I need.
The company where I work (printing business) has 2 salespersons, that spend most of the day on the road, looking for new costumers.
They do a daily report on paper that has the fields like: km(miles) that the car had on departure, and arrivals, the adress of the custumer, the phone numbers, the name, and other observations.
We need to make this process computarized. This is not the problem.
Here's the issue:
We need them to make a report at the end of the day, where they can put the info that they had on the previous map. But we want that the info companies they visit, get exported to a second sheet(or document).
So we want them to fill only one sheet. Where they put:
Company A Mr. B Km on departure 1 Km on arrivel Level of interest 2
The we want that the fields Company/ Mr/ Level of interest get exported to a second sheet automaticaly, and the info company/mr only get copied once. and the level of interest gets updated, every time the client is visited.
Can any one tell me how can I do this on excell (or other program that you know).
I hope my english is understandable, and that i made my self clear.
