Lookup and return associated data for each item found

I have a table that has multiple salesmen's names, their commissions, etc. Each salesman can be listed multiple times. I am trying come up with a formula that will:
Look for ALL instances of a particular salesmen, and then return all the associated data from other cells.

E.g. Looking for all instances of Jones

Month Salesman Model sales price commission
    Jan Jones ABC 500 50
    Jan Smith ABC 400 40
    Feb Jones XYZ 300 30
    Mar Jones LMN 400 40

    Results are:
    Jan Jones ABC 500 50
    Feb Jones XYZ 300 30
    Mar Jones LMN 400 40

What I am trying to do is pull each individual salesman's sales data to a separate worksheet so that I can share their sales with them.

    Thanks

You can easily use a Pivot Table, depending on the wanted results.
Do you want any data summarized ?

Summary is not necessary. Plus, need to pull data for each individual onto separate worksheets so that each salesman sees only his own confidential commission information.

    Thank you.
