Can you change the function of the "Enter" keyboard button for 1 cell?

    Hey,

Knowing that you're able to change the function of the "Enter" key (to move one cell to the right), I doubt (but hoping) you're able to do this, but are you able to have A1 be the active cell, hit enter down to (lets say) A8, then the next time you hit enter (with A8 as the active cell) are you able to make the next active cell B1? I'm sure you can do this with a macro where you have to hit "Ctrl"+"Shift"+"letter", but just wondering if its possible just with the "Enter" key

Thank you and I appreciate your time,
    Bob
