how can i show my subtotal in the table but not in the chart

    Hi,

I have a sample data sheet. I want to show all the data in my column chart without showing the total. But in the table underneath the chart, I want to show the total. How can I set up ?

you have 2 totals which one do you want to hide, either way right click on the column or row and choose hide

I don't see a chart in your file.

Presumably you are talking about the data table in the chart.

Create the chart to include the totals, then set the fill and border of the totals to none to hide them. Your data table will still show them. You may need to adjust your Y axis to compensate for the hidden series.
