Excel 2007 : Graph detail not showing

The graph attached has been ongoing for a while but when i input any new data into current periods i.e. 2009/10 and onwards the data is not showing on graph??
Anyone have any ideas as to what i've done wrong??

Check the Ranges that you've set for all Data Sets. It is easy to tell that e.g. Major RIDDOR and Minor Accirdent are defined only up to column AM.
