index and match formulas

We are trying create an excel sheet to keep track of a fantasy nascar league. We have two sheets, a results sheet and a data sheet. The data sheet is where we have a list of people involved and which racer they have chosen for each week. We want formulas to look up the results and tell us what place and points they should receive for each race. It looks like we have race 1 and race 2 working, but for some reason race 3 is not working. HELP?
