Query Records

Hello all,

I just have an new job and it requires to update Incoming Queries...manually.

I know function:Networkdays can do part of it, however, if taking office hours with lunch break into account which is out of my knowledge.

Details explain in attached Excel file.

Please anyone could help to simplify my work. Thank you.
