I am having a problem getting this data to pull correctly. I have used the same code for other data in the same spreadsheet but this part doesn't seem to work.
=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(A1,Data!$A$4:$B$38,2,FALSE)),0,VLOOKUP(A1,Data!$A$4:$B$38,2,FALSE))
This is the code I am using yet when there is data it still inputs a 0.

It's not clear what you're trying to look up. Your B1 formula is looking up the A1 value 1 in column 1 of your data table, but this doesn't contain the value 1, only the T-??? codes. Hence B1 is correctly returning the value 0.

It pulls from the data from Data!$A$4:$B$38 though which has the rankings next to the stores. I want the store next to rank 1 to pop into B1 on the results tab.
Do I need to put the rank on the left of Stores?
Yes, the lookup value has to be in the first column of your table to use VLOOKUP.
