viewing csv files

Hello, is there an excel "add" on or a software available that will take the contents of a spreadsheet such as .csv and display it one record at a time that you can scroll thru.

An example would of what I am referring to is Act or something that I can generate or customize.....

Thanks, I have have found the command (form) to view the spreadsheet as individual records. Great! However it doesn't work with cells that have drop down menus.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I have drop down boxes in my excel spreadsheet and they don't show up in the form.

I recently heard about infopath would that work?
