Excel 2007 : Master Template Creation within a worksheet

I am creating an excel document with multiple sheets. Each of the sheets would look the exact same, but with a different naming convention (ie persons name). I would like the first sheet to serve as a master sheet. Is there a way that I can change the formula on the master template sheet and then have the new formula (not the value) reflected on the subsequent sheets. Thanks
