Auto Fill Row based on the column headings on 2 sheet from a master sheet

Excel 2007 how to get another sheet update itself based on the selection of dropdown on a master sheet?
example I have master sheet that has the ff details
Date Source of Fund Descriptions Revenue
1/1/10 Danida Fund for acitivities $699
2/3/10 British Fund for acitivities $900
4/4/10 British Fund for acitivities $690
5/5/10 USA Fund for acitivities $800
1/5/10 Canada Fund for acitivities $698

etc with about 30000 rows the must sheet display inflows and outflows which am unable to list all the columns here.

on the other 2 sheet I need the data entered on the master to automatically update the 2 sheet rows after row with ff columns.
I previewed the post and it not displaying the way I arranged them: $699 is under Danida Fund, $900 $690 is under British Fund, 800 under USA fund, $698 is under Canada Fund each fund is in column of it own. thanks for any help

Try a Pivot Table.

See attached. Sheet 1 has original Data, Sheet 4 contains Pivot Table.

Thanks so much, but with the pivot would data update automatically from the master sheet

You right-click the table and click Refresh.

If you want it to autorefresh by itself, then you need to use a Event module in your sheet's VB editor:

Also, if you are adding lines as you guy, use the Table Feature found in the Insert Tab to convert your list to a table (before creating the Pivot Table), so that when you add to the bottom of the list, the Pivot table expands to include those upon refreshing.
