    check if cellcontains either of two words

    Hello,
    I was wondering if anybody could help me.
    I need a formula that looks in a cell to see if it contains either of two words.
    I thought it would have been something along the lines of
    =IF('Results Page'!B4 = "South Africa","Mexico",5,0)
    but that doesn't work.
    Could anybody help me please.

    If the cells contain nothing else :=IF(or('Results Page'!B4 = "South Africa",'Results Page'!B4 = "South Africa"),5,0)

    Np. This does imply that text is written as is, without mistakes or spaces, etc...
    The formula can be adapted if needed
