I have an excel file with multiple tags per department. Under those tabs is a timeline for implementing a new facility for our company. Each has:

|Task| |Duration(Days)| |Start Date| |Finish date| |Actual Completion Date|

What I would like to track on the dashboard is % total complete, % finished on-time, and % late

So for example if the task was supposed to end already and does not have a complete date if would be % late.


Can anyone help me out?
