TextBox to update cell value differently if null

I have the following code in a userform
Please Login or Register to view this content.
It changes the value of cell BY118 to whatever the user entered in textbox101 when a commandbutton is clicked.

I need to somehow figure out a way so that if the user decides not to enter anything in textbox101, that cell BY118 instead gets the value of textbox1.

Now, textbox1 of the userform gets populated with the contents of cell BY114 upon userform initialization so if it would be easier to have BY118 be updated with the contents of BY114 instead of textbox1 upon the commandbutton click, that would be fine too. The result would be the same. I just don't know which code would be more complicated.

If anyone is still on this feed, I could really use some help with a similar (but slightly more complex) issue. Feel free to respond so that I can go into detail. way over my head and i dont want to waste time on bad feeds.
