Excel 2007 : Need to get datas from a table into cells.

Hi! I need to create a workbook taking datas from a table online. The problem is when I copy the table and paste it into excelsheet. They dont go into separate cells but a table is created and I am left with nothing than copying and pasting for each single data values on that table. Please help... Any input would be appreciated
