Controlling display position

Hi All
I want to hyperlink to a value/row in a list (on another sheet)
Then for this selected value/row to be displayed at the top of the screen.
I don't want to copy the value/row.
Effectively have the list move up and down the screen to always display the selected value/row at the top?
Is this is a VBA job?

Sorry for the delay - been offline!
Thanks for your response but I couldn't find what I needed in your link.
However some whizz at work gave me this bit of VBA which works a treat.
ActiveCell is a variable holding the cursor position
