Move cell values using excel functions

Can you please help me to know, if it is possible to move up the values in a cell if, the values in cells above the current cell is blank using excel functions only?

In the attached file "Sample.xlsx", please see sheet "Before Modification"
The expected result is in the sheet "After Modification"

Look here:

This will also ignore blank cells between your data

You can not use it with pre 2007 versions due to IFERROR function.

So if you use 2007 as you write please update your profile

Thanks for the update.

Can you please refer the "Before Modification" sheet as the source to generate the expected result, instead of the sheet "Data"?

Because, I need to use the data in sheet "Before Modification" to generate the output as, this sheet will be generated based on other formulas

Note: I edited the formula by changing the sheet name to "Before Modification" in the formula on sheet1 (the result you have generated)
But, excel prompts a "Update Values: Modification" dialog
