Automatic summing using excel functions

Hi,

As and when the data gets updated in excel, it needs to be added with the previous value corresponding to the id

Please see the attached file.
After cycle 1, Summary details (below Table 1) are displayed in Green
After cycle 2, Summary details are displayed in Green

Note: Based on the ID, corresponding values are updated, older values are retained

Can you please help me how to achieve this using excel functions?
