Smile Pivot Table Won't Count Properly

    Hi,

I'm new here. I'm sure this is probably a rookie mistake, but I'm having trouble with a pivot table.

As you can see from my attachment, the Count of Countries column totals fine. But the Count of More Countries column doesn't total correctly, it just seems to use the same totals as the Count of Countries column.

The Count of More Countries column should read, or I want it to read:

    America 0
    France 3
    Ireland 1

Can anyone see what I'm doing wrong here?

    Thanks!

    PS I'm using Office 2010

It would help (in future) to post an example workbook.

Anyway, to get the totals as above you would have to use something like the attached.
