Every month, my company computes a work participation rate (WPR). At the end of the fiscal year, these values are aggregated (though average function) and if the aggregate is over 55%, we get some sum of money and if it's over 60% we get an even larger sum of money. The WPR is computer by taking the amount of 'clients counting positively' and diving by 'total caseload.'
I have about 2 full years of data of WPR information. Our contact goes another 3 years and I wanted to create a sheet which will give values for the WPR amount we should be reaching every month in order to reach an aggregate to 55% at the end of the year. Additionally, I wanted to know if as we get the data for the upcoming onths, the actual data could be inputted and the target numbers will be recalculated.
