Sum if multiple conditions (AND/OR) are true

Team Column has values like: Team A, Team B, Team C
Project Priority Column has values like: A, B, C
Project Duration has values like: 200, 300, 50, 10

For Team A, I want to sum on project duration where Team = Team A AND Priority = A OR B

For Team B, I want to sum on project duration where Team = Team B AND Priority = A OR B

and so on for Team C, D, etc. Can someone please guide me.

SUMPRODUCT() will do that.

=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$1:$A$100="Team A"), --($B$1:$B$100="A")+($B$1:$B$100="B"), $C$1:$C$100)
