    How to insert a new sheet in protected excel file

    Dear all,
    I have removed/hacked the password protection in excel file and now I am not able to INSERT, DELETE, MOVE OR COPY, RENAME, TAB COLOR, HIDE ,UNHIDE by right clicking the worksheet tabs. The mentioned functions are grey. Pls help me out

    ...and welcome to the forum!!

    There are two forms of protection : worksheet and workbook.

    Workbook protection deals with structures that you have just mentioned and is probably still intact.

    Sure. You use the password.
