Autorank - no longer working

Hi guys

I've built a balanced scorecard with an Autoranking feature - the rankings change as the scores are entered & altered.

After some googling I found a formula that I implemented and worked very well.

I built a new scorecard and copied the formula over, changing the conditions etc but it no longer seems to work. Very frustrating!

What am I doing wrong here??
