    Exclamation Financial Functions

I have a cashflow of only positive numbers how can I calculate the Internal Rate of Return, is it possible? Do you think I should use MIRR or XIRR? Do any of these functions work?

I don't have any negative entry because on the first year of investment the income from my sales was already higher than the costs incurred.

    Please advise.

Well, fundamentally you can't have return on investment if you don't have an investment (i.e. you need a negative number).

Your first year figures should show the outlay on one line and the cost-saving/profit on a separate line - all cost-savings/profits should be distinct from costs.

If you feel really indebted please consider a donation to charity. My preferred charity is ActionAid but there are plenty of worthy alternatives.
