Read from table input - output summarised data

I have an input table where depending on the situation - differing tasks apply for differing Sections.

Without using the autofilter option (Table 1 is read only from another location on the server), is it possible to output a table filtering on the particular Sections?

I am thinking of using a combination of INDEX & MATCH, but that is for one line only, it will not pick all the line items for the particular Section.
