List of Names- Report of unique entries?

I have a list of names which I need to run a report on to return the unique entries so I can make a list of the individual names.

For example see attached;

Sheet 1 is an example of a list, Sheet 2 is the format I require. The actual exercise is hundreds of lines long with many different names so I need a formula which can generate the names auotmatically

AdvancedFilter will do this.

Select a cell wthin the list
From the Data Tab click Filter->Advanced
In the Dialog select Unique Entries & Copy to another location
Choose a cell to copy to.
Click OK

just use advanced filter to extract an unique list (data tab)
also as you have excel 2007 you can remove duplicates also on data tab

Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
