Forecasting

I've made an attempt here to do some forcasting (tan) and while some of it looks okay, the $ in K and M declines while the # in J and L increase. Not sure what's going on here.

...also, when I try to use ROW (highlighted red), I don't return the same results as when referring to A for the row #'s
