I have four Coulmns like
OrderDate OrdTime DespatchDate DespTime Hours
01/08/10 21:32 08/08/10 06:33 ??
Sir ,I want to calculate Number of Hours in the Hours columns
means Despatch Hours from Order Time in Hours COlumn
Pls help .Thanks in advance
In Excel Dates and Times are just numbers so you can add & subtract as per other numbers - it is the formatting you apply to those values that gives the Date/Time impression.
E2: =SUM(C2:D2)-SUM(A2:B2)
apply format of: [hh]:mm:ss
