I have a spreadsheet created for our maintenance contracts. In column C I have the contract amount i.e. £1,200.00 and in column H I have a drop down list detailing the payment terms i.e. Monthly, Quarterly or Paid In-Full. When a payment term is selected I would like in column I to automatically divide the contract amount either by 12 for Monthly, 4 for Quarterly or the whole amount for Paid In-Full.
