Excel text filtering

Can somebody help me in finding text filtering software for excel that filters similar text?

Here is what I want........

I have a text say 'I love USA' in one row
and 'I love America' in another
and 'I love United States of America' in another

then I need it to consider all data as same atleast lets me to provide some rules like that and filters accordingly.
