Duplicate Entries into List of Unique Entries

I have a spreadsheet containing lots of addresses and I need to run a report that returns a list of all the unique addresses

e.g.

I have;

1 Walk Road
1 Walk Road
3 Big Street
3 Big Street
8 The Priory
8 The Priory
8 The Priory

I need a list;

1 Walk Road
3 Big Street
8 The Priory

Deleting duplicates is not an option as I need all the data

You could try Advanced Filter (from the data tab of the ribbon) filtering either in place or creating a unique list elsewhere. Check "Unique entries only" and nothing in the Criteria Range.
